Privacy Policy

Information you give us. The Site has no accounts and no contact form. If you book a consultation or email us, we receive what you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, business name, and anything you tell us about your project.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site and our hosting provider may automatically record basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request, and the date and time. We use it to keep the Site running and secure.

The Site uses the Meta Pixel, an advertising technology provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. The Meta Pixel may use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your visit and how you interact with the Site, such as the pages you view and basic browser and device information. We use it for advertising measurement and attribution, and to build audiences so we can show our ads to people who have visited the Site (sometimes called retargeting). Meta processes this information under its own terms and privacy policy, and we do not control its practices.

The booking page described below is run by a third party and may set its own cookies. If we add other analytics or advertising tools to the Site, we will update this policy.

Every “Book a Consultation” button opens a scheduling page hosted by HighLevel (at api.leadconnectorhq.com), the scheduling and customer-management service we use. When you use it, you enter details such as your name, email address, phone number, and a preferred time. That information reaches us through HighLevel, and HighLevel handles it under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not control HighLevel’s practices, so review its policy before you submit anything.

• To respond to your questions and requests.
• To schedule, hold, and prepare for consultations.
• To send non-marketing texts related to your inquiry, appointments, missed calls, or client relationship and, where you separately opt in, marketing and promotional texts about our services.
• To operate, secure, and maintain the Site.
• To meet legal obligations.

We do not share information collected through the Site, except:

• with service providers that help us run the Site and handle bookings and communications, such as our hosting provider and HighLevel;
• with Meta, through the Meta Pixel described in Cookies and analytics above;
• when the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety, or security of Unbound, our clients, or others;
• as part of a merger, sale, or transfer of our business.

If you opt in to receive text messages from us, message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP.

When you opt in to receive text messages by checking the applicable SMS consent box on our booking form, you are providing express written consent to receive automated SMS messages from Unbound Studios at the phone number provided. Opting in is not required to submit the form or receive services.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support of services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires.

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing privacy@unboundapps.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws, and we will respond as those laws require. You can withdraw your consent to receive communications from us at any time. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

The Site is written for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We use reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy as the Site changes. When we do, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
