Terms of Use

The Site is for general information about Unbound and our work. Nothing on it is an offer, a quote, or a promise of any specific result. Work we do for clients is covered by a separate written agreement, not by these terms.

Please use the Site lawfully. You agree not to:

• interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security;
• try to access parts of the Site you are not meant to reach;
• use automated tools to overload the Site or copy its content, other than ordinary search engine indexing.

The content, design, code, and branding on the Site belong to Unbound Studios, LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without our prior written consent. Names, logos, and work samples of clients and other third parties shown on the Site belong to their respective owners.

The Site links to services run by others, including the scheduling page we use for consultations. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, and we do not control them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through the Site.

Unbound Studios, LLC operates an SMS messaging program for individuals who voluntarily opt in. Depending on the consent selected, messages may include inquiry responses, appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling updates, missed-call acknowledgments, client service and account communications, lead-nurture messages, and promotional offers about our services. Marketing and promotional messages are sent only to contacts who separately opt in to marketing SMS. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status and stop sending messages covered by that consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us. Our SMS communications are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By opting in to receive text messages, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Unbound Studios is not responsible for any delays or failures in the receipt of text messages as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. SMS services are provided on an “as is” basis. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

To the extent the law allows, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not promise that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that its information is complete or current.

To the extent the law allows, Unbound and its members, employees, and agents are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

We may change or discontinue the Site, or update these terms, at any time. Updated terms take effect when we post them, and the date at the top shows when they were last changed. If you keep using the Site after that, you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
